PWA AGM 2023

We have all thoroughly enjoyed our AGM today and we are so very proud to share all of our work with you.

Today we held our Annual Group Meeting, we had tote bags for our guests on arrival which included a key ring, coaster, wrist band & a packed full agenda.

Networking & food meant that PWA staff and around 75 other people could mingle and network, discussing how we can all work together to end domestic abuse for everyone.

We had many guest speakers, Sonia Lady Wellbeing, Kat Beeton Poet Laureate, Julia Cullum from Cambs DASV, Dr Mirna Guha, Cllr. Katy Cole, Mayoress & also our CEO & Chair of Trustee’s.

We handed out a long service award to one of our staff who has worked for PWA for over 20 years this year.

We also launched our pioneering project (Dahlia Project) today where we will be supporting South Asian Victims of Domestic Abuse – more to come on this very soon!

We also wanted to extend a further thank you to Annie B Craft for the bags, key ring & coasters, The Business Printing Company for the table cloth, roller signs & flags & One Word Graphics for our leaflets.
