New Groups in the New Year!
We are delighted to have two new women only free groups beginning in January 2026!
Join us for two new groups - Bums and Tums and Mediation and Journaling!
No need to book and the groups are totally free! Just turn up!
Bums and Tum 1pm on a Monday (beginning 5/1/26) and Meditation on a Thursday at 1pm (beginning 8/1/26)
