Job Title:Advice Line Worker

Contract:Fixed term for 1 year

Salary:Scale 3a £27,288.92

Hours:37 hours per week

Annual Leave:28 days

Location:Based in Peterborough

Job Purpose:

To respond to calls from victims, professionals and member of the public via Peterborough Women’s Aid telephone advice line, webchat and referral inbox

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• To answer calls from victims, professionals, and members of the public
• To monitor the webchat and referrals inbox and respond appropriately.
• To support victims in a trauma informed way
• To signpost victims to appropriate partner agencies and local resources
• To record all interactions with victims on the PWA database
• To identify safeguarding concerns and highlight to the appropriate Designated Safeguarding Lead.
