We know that COVID-19 is having a serious impact on the lives of women and children. The outreach service is currently providing telephone and email support to women experiencing abuse at home. You can call 08454 103123 for telephone support and advice. If it is not suitable or safe to call, you can email on sunflower@wa-support.co.uk. We will respond within 2-3 working days. Please leave safe contact details and times for us to get back to you.

Our Live Chat service offers free, confidential advice and emotional support to women affected by domestic abuse, worried about their relationship, or worried friends, family or colleagues.

It doesn’t matter if this is recent or in the past – we are here to support you. Once you start a chat, you will be put through to one of our highly trained support workers who will listen to you and help you to explore your options.

Live Chat is a safe and confidential space where you can share things at your own pace, and even choose to stay anonymous if you prefer. You have control over the conversation and you can end it whenever you want to. The support worker can help you explore your feelings, offer advice, provide information, refer you into our service for ongoing support, or signpost you to other services that can help, based on what you want.

Can I use Live Chat more than once?

Yes, you can. However, please be aware that you may speak to a new support worker who has no knowledge of your situation, nor any access to details of your previous chats. If you would like more ongoing emotional and practical support, you can ask to be referred into the service, or get in touch with the outreach team directly using the contact details below.
